Privacy Policy
Last updated October 8, 2026
This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, the client portal, or the BeeMyHome iOS app (together, the “service”), why we collect it, and who it is shared with. It is written to describe what the software actually does. Use of the service is also governed by our Terms of Use.
Who we are
This site, the client portal, and the BeeMyHome iOS app are operated by NAISI REAL ESTATE INC., which operates BeeMyHome (“we”, “us”). For any question about this policy or your data, contact admin@zwrnf.com.
Information we collect
Account information
When you sign in to the client portal we create an account record containing your name, email address, and a role and status that control what you can see. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google’s sign-in service; we do not receive your Google password. If you sign in with Apple, we receive your name and the email address Apple shares with us, which may be a private relay address if you choose to hide your email, and we keep a token from Apple that we use only to disconnect Apple sign-in when you delete your account. If you sign in with an email and password instead, authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication and we never store your password ourselves.
Your profile may also hold a display name, avatar style, phone number, a short biography, and a co-buyer’s name and email where you have provided them.
Information about your home search
The portal stores the property listings prepared for you and the choices you make about them — which homes you mark as loved, saved, toured, passed, or filtered out, the order you arrange them in, notes you write, and the search criteria on your account. It also records which week’s list you were viewing so the portal can reopen where you left off.
Documents
Documents related to your search, such as disclosures and reference material, are stored in Google Drive and Google Sheets under our business Google account. The portal stores a reference to those files rather than a second copy of their contents.
Feedback you send
If you submit feedback through the portal or the app, we store the message, the category you chose, any screenshot you attach, and the account it came from so we can respond and follow up. To help us find the problem, a report also includes recent technical details from your session: error messages, the screens you visited and buttons you tapped in the last few minutes, and the timing and status of recent network requests.
Activity in the portal and the app
When you are signed in, we record how you use the portal and the app: when a session starts and ends, the pages and screens you view, and the buttons you tap. These records are linked to your account (your user ID, email address, and role) and include your device type, operating system, browser where applicable, and an approximate location (country, region, and city) derived from your IP address. Your agent uses this to see how you are using your portal, and our team may be notified when a client they are working with is active.
We also record how this site and the app are used before you sign in: the public pages you view, the sign-in pages and screens, and any sign-in problems. These records carry a random identifier that your browser or the app keeps (it is not a device or advertising identifier), along with the same device and approximate location details. When you sign in, the records from that browser or app are linked to your account; a new identifier is made when you sign out. If you have turned activity sharing off, your activity before sign-in is never linked to you.
Error reports
If the app or the portal hits an error, it automatically sends us a report so we can fix it. A report contains the error message and technical details, recent app log messages, the screens visited just before the error, your device type, and your account if you are signed in. Reports about sign-in problems can be sent before you have signed in.
Technical and usage information
We use Google Analytics on the public pages of this site to understand which pages are visited. We also record limited technical information needed to keep the service available and secure, including counts of requests associated with an IP address for rate limiting, and records of blocked or suspicious requests. Property listing content shown in the portal is supplied by MLSListings, Inc.
How we use it
- To operate the client portal and show you your home search.
- To prepare and update the list of properties your agent sends you.
- To communicate with you about your search, including notifications your agent sends.
- To respond to feedback and support requests.
- To understand how the portal and the app are used so your agent can support your search and we can improve the service.
- To keep the service secure and available — preventing abuse, rate limiting, and diagnosing faults.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who it is shared with
Your information is visible to the agents and administrators of our brokerage who work on your search. Beyond that, we share information only with the service providers that run the platform:
- Google — Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Cloud Storage (feedback screenshots), Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Google Maps Platform (maps, Street View, and address lookup), and Gmail (email we send you).
- Expo (650 Industries, Inc.) — delivers app updates and push notifications for the iOS app.
- Anthropic — an AI service we use to help diagnose bug reports. The contents of a bug report, including an attached screenshot, may be processed by Anthropic for that purpose. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
- GitHub — hosts our source code and the automated tooling that works on bug reports submitted on the website.
- Vercel — website and application hosting.
- MLSListings, Inc. — the source of property listing data shown to you.
Each of these providers processes information only to provide its service to us, and is required by its agreement with us to protect that information with the same or equal protection described in this policy.
We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Google user data
When you choose to sign in with Google, our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use that information only to sign you in and to identify your account within the portal.
How long we keep it
We keep your account, profile, and feedback for as long as your account is active. Activity records and automatic error reports are deleted automatically 12 months after they are recorded. Records of your home search that our brokerage prepares for you — the properties, criteria, and notes — are business records, and we keep them where we need them to meet legal, tax, or real-estate record-keeping obligations, including after your account is deleted.
Your choices
You can review and update your name, display name, avatar, phone number, and co-buyer details from the Profile page in the portal.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app or the portal by choosing Delete Account. Deletion takes effect immediately: it removes your sign-in, your profile, your activity records, your feedback and its screenshots, and your error reports. The brokerage records described above are kept.
Withdrawing consent
You can turn off activity records at any time with the Share usage analytics switch on the Profile screen in the app or the portal; while it is off we stop recording the pages and screens you view and the buttons you tap. Error reports are still sent so we can keep the service working. You can also withdraw consent entirely by deleting your account, which stops collection and deletes the records we hold about your activity, or by emailing us to ask us to stop.
To request a copy of your information, correct something we hold, or ask us to delete your information, email admin@zwrnf.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, including the rights described by the California Consumer Privacy Act; we honour those requests at the same address.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to, and give you a copy of it;
- delete the personal information we collected from you;
- correct personal information about you that is inaccurate.
To make a request, email admin@zwrnf.com, or delete your account yourself from the Profile screen. We will confirm the request is yours by matching it to your account, for example by replying to the email address on the account, and we will respond within 45 days, or tell you if we need longer. Someone you authorise can make a request for you with your signed permission, and we may still confirm your identity with you directly. We will not treat you differently, or provide a lesser service, because you used any of these rights. Some information may be kept where the law allows or requires it, such as the brokerage records described above.
We do not sell or share your personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, including the information of anyone under 16. We do not use advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. We use the information described above only to provide and improve the service, and we do not use or disclose sensitive information, such as your sign-in details, to infer anything about you. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes (California Civil Code section 1798.83).
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because we do not track you across other sites or sell or share your information, there is nothing for a browser’s Do Not Track signal to switch off, and the service works the same way whether or not it is sent. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information, which we already do not do. To stop the activity records described above, use the Share usage analytics switch.
Security
We use reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we hold. Access to the portal requires you to sign in, portal data is protected by server-side rules so that one client’s information is not readable by another, information travels over encrypted connections, it is stored with providers that encrypt it at rest, and our service providers are bound to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
Children
This service is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of this page. For a material change to how we use information we already hold, we will also give reasonable notice before it takes effect, such as in the portal or the app. We review this policy at least once a year.
